8-week Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy Introductory Session (Round 4)
25 Aug (Thursday)|7:30pm – 9:00pm
Webinar
Free
Target group:People with moderate to severe emotional distress who are interested in mindfulness

About

Different research studies continue to show the benefits of mindfulness practice, e.g.: improving sleep quality, enhancing focus and memory, relieving stress, depression, anxiety, physical pain, etc.

In this 8-week MBCT group, a clinical psychologist will guide you through different mindfulness practices (including sitting meditations, mindful stretching, mindful walking, and more). It will help you become aware of habitual response patterns, develop an open, accepting attitude, relieve distress and find peace of mind. A certificate will be awarded to members who complete the 8-week course.

Members interested in self-care via mindfulness are cordially invited to join the introductory session.

The 8-week course is member-exclusive, but you are more than welcome to join the introductory session even if you have not become a member yet.

For more details about the 8-week course, please scroll down to refer to the poster.
